This is a King Best KBMX-3 video processor / enhancer mixer. It comes boxed and with a mains adapter (needs a two pin to standard three pin adapter to fit British homes), leads and box. There is no microphone or manual. I have powered it on, and it lights up, but I have not tested it any further. This is pretty old tech from when VCR was in town, so this is for technophiles only I’m guessing.
